We can help you do pro bono

The pro bono community here in Georgia has spent quite a bit of time reflecting on your needs as a current or potential volunteer lawyer.

We know your time is valuable.  We know you’d like to help, but may not be free when we contact you.  We also know you like choices – choices in the type of cases or matters, and choices in the number of cases and the timing of the requests for help.

Then, there’s the issue of solitude.  You won’t be left without support.  Unless that’s the way you want it!  But take a look at the resources we can offer you as a volunteer at the Georgia Online Justice Community of GeorgiaAdvocates.org, our statewide volunteer lawyer support website.  Join and check it out.  Tell a friend, too.

We’re here to help you.  You want to do the right thing.  We can help you define your pro bono goals and have a good and rewarding experience.

About ProBonoGA

Lawyer and justice architect wannabe... I am the pro bono director for Georgia Legal Services Program and direct a program that is funded by GLSP and the State Bar of Georgia. I am a lawyer licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia, and not in any other jurisdiction. Nothing posted on this blog should be considered legal advice. Your use of this blog does not create an attorney-client relationship with me. I do not have an active legal practice and do not have clients. I am not using this site to market to clients. I do not recommend attorneys or law firms. If I reference an attorney or a law firm in this blog, I do so to tell a story, make a point, or urge you to think about an issue presented by that attorney or law firm.
